Warren Vaudrey and Simon Miller established Vaudrey Miller Yachts in 1991. They initially focused on constructing custom sailboats and small motoryachts for local clients who quickly recognised their uncompromising commitment to quality and practical, intuitive skills. A steady flow of increasingly high-value commissions allowed them to incrementally grow the company and gain exposure in international markets.

Vaudrey Miller Yachts now craft a range of custom yachts detailed to the highest of standards and exported worldwide.

Company directors Simon Miller and Warren Vaudrey, both qualified boatbuilders and passionate sailors, actively oversee construction on the shop floor in concert with skilled project managers appointed to communicate concisely and honestly with owners and their representatives. Personable and friendly to deal with, they have retained friendships with many clients.

Complementary skills within a seamless management structure allow Vaudrey Miller Yachts to execute complex projects with a high level of organisation.
